An IMSEI Ambassador is available to assist both prospective and current students with questions or concerns related to the program, course planning, internships, co-ops and student engagement. Ambassadors are trained to provide peer-to-peer guidance, share insights based on their experiences and support students in navigating academic requirements and career development opportunities. Additionally, they can connect you with appropriate resources, faculty advisors and campus events. Vaishnavi Bhalchandra Kasar
Hello everyone. My name is Vaishnavi Bhalchandra Kasar, and I am a second-year Master’s student in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering at North Carolina State University, specializing in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Experienced in using Lean Six Sigma principles to increase manufacturing efficiency and lower costs. Proficient in process optimization, quality assurance, and supply chain management, with practical experience in SAP, Lean Six Sigma, and advanced engineering tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and process improvement in the automotive and medical device industries. Recognized for innovative problem solving, including the creation of patented waste management and battery thermal systems.
